SHOREtech.com was a company designed to provide intellectual property, and general, consulting. When I ran SHOREtech full time, I (along with a programmer) created and ultimately was forced to abandon an anti-spam mail server technology that proved to be 100% effective in blocking spam before it left the spammers server(s). MailAmi, MailGuard, and MailFire, were spectacular in their effect, blocking 95% of spam related traffic from being transmitted. Some advice for startups, get a good, trustworthy attorney who will follow through on requests. My attorney at the time…had not so much those qualities. 
I’ve also created many other products and services since shuttering SHOREtech, and will be considering relaunching my consulting business after I’m done with full-time school.
