And it really is. You can pick out a schedule and intensity and it lays it out for your, each day has a description and video of the exercise if you aren’t up on your technique. I’m starting a routine based on the site and will post the outcome as I see it. No, no pictures of before and after… you won’t come back to the site. (Some won’t anyway.)
