Color e-paper makes me e-happy.

I was just talking about this… color e-paper will be the best thing to hit mobile computers since the integrated circuit. Unfortunately, the current release is too slow for consumption in anything but an ebook reader. A lot of people have reported on this, I simply comment about the technology. Engadget has it, Gadget Crave has it, Gizmodo, ZDnet, Maximum PC, some outfit named Obsessable which I haven’t heard of has it, i4u, Switched, Crunchgear, GadgetLab, SlashGear, GottabeMobile, ITworld, and the manufacturer Fujitsu has info about Color E-Paper.
When this hits a faster refresh and I can smash it under a wacom digitizer, we’ll have a wafer-thin screen that I can write on, touch, and be happy about leaving on because it won’t suck all the battery away while I stare at Twitter.
