So, based on Senator Olympia Snowe’s revelation that she had included clauses that would have prevented the AIG bonus issue; and someone removed it, it appears there are problems with law construction in the Federal Governmentment. There are no session controls in place, so you have one document floating around, and no one knows who is removing what and when. So, what needs to take place is a measure, like a Wiki, that monitors who accesses and changes the fundamentals of a document. Wikimedia’s solution can force a person to log in, and it keeps a version of every edit as it is saved. Problem solved, and accountability put in place. I’m astonished that no one knows who would remove a provision in a Federal document.
