The iPhone and Mac OS X are getting a retune today. This usually causes the Apple store to drop offline while the hype builds and makes people scream like tweens when a new Twilight book drops on the shelves… and I’m not a tween, but I am screaming for a new iPhone. I just got one, less than 45 days ago, and I’m going to scream like a thirty-something if they don’t let me upgrade it. I’m going to change platforms as well so I can start developing for the iPhone. It really does everything, and goes everywhere. Since I don’t spend all that much time on any specific development platform [the web is all over the place with languages, so sticking to one is pretty much HTML+PHP... but who knows where it will all end up.] Right now though, the Mac platform is going to be the direction I head along with getting back into *nix [Ubuntu primarily].
Now, back to the WWDC keynote coverage. w00t.
