This is getting more absurd every day. Apparently, no action was taken against the person who sent the email. But the receiving party had a TRO put on them through Google based on the claim that an email was sent by a bank employee that contained some seriously personal information.
So, the bank has the authority through a court to shut down a user account AND have Google delete an email? I can not believe this. First Amazon changes a fundamental feature of their Kindle after thousands were sold, then it deletes a paid for book without authorization by each individual user and does it in the dead of night like a common thief sneaking in to steal jewelry, and then a bank gains the authority to shutter a persons personal account even though they’ve never done anything wrong, and in this case, they didn’t even view the email in question.
Absolutely absurd.
