Facebook was awarded $711 million dollars as a default judgment against “spam king” on Thursday. I don’t know why the guy even bothers continuing or how he isn’t in jail or otherwise kept from doing what he does because he has been sued by a lot of heavy hitters, including the FTC. According to this article, he owes a lot of money, and now an additional $711 million which is mind-bottling (Blades of Glory).

Since my writing tends to be stream of thought, I’ll include this… you know that “mind-bottling” comment up there? Yah, don’t play games with people whom you are co-writing a paper; if they don’t audit the paper to edit it out, it might come back to haunt you. It being Halloween, it nearly did. On the day it was due, someone noticed it and we printed the paper. Mac btw, and OpenOffice like to jack up certain Word documents and change formatting which we also found out a couple weeks prior to the paper being due. Anyway, I’m off to continue working on my Strategic Analysis of Apple, Inc. I’m trying to find a valid copy of its employee handbook, which is sort of like obtaining the location of the Holy Grail.
