I can’t believe that this is the case. When failed coping skills allow a person to turn to fundamentalist religions, conspiracy to murder hundreds of people and stoke terror; I think we’ve found a teachable moment here.
Basically, what this article boils down to is that a kid couldn’t cope with his desires, or his inability to not get turned on by beautiful women. So, logically, you turn to blowing yourself up because you have so much to worry about when you are the child of a millionaire.
Stunning.
Even with the Internet, this guy couldn’t find a way to cope with HIS problems, so he decides to put his pain on others. Everyone has had some level of this type of teen angst. Many of us cope with it well enough. I’m just glad someone notified someone else about it. Thanks to his own dad, he was on a list, but not the one that kept him out of airports.
